Join us as we celebrate 20 years of Newark Pride—a vibrant legacy rooted in resistance, resilience, and radical joy! This year’s milestone theme, “Reclaiming OUR Time: A Legacy of Resistance,” honors the voices and vision of Newark’s Black, Brown, queer, and trans communities who have continuously paved the way for visibility, justice, and liberation.

🌟 The day kicks off with our iconic Pride Parade that kicks off from Lincoln Park at noon, then ends with our Festival in the Park featuring dazzling floats, local legends, community heroes, and a whole lot of love as we march through the heart of Newark. Then, the energy continues with our Pride Festival, a family-friendly celebration filled with:

• 🎶 Live Performances by local and national LGBTQIA+ artists

• 🛍️ Marketplace featuring LGBTQ+ vendors, artisans, and small businesses

• 🍽️ Food Trucks serving delicious eats from around the world

• 🎡 Kid & Family Zone with games, crafts, and story time

• 💜 Wellness Village with free HIV testing, health screenings, and mental health resources

• 🌍 Cultural Showcases and community spotlights

• 🎤 Appearances from community leaders, activists, and surprise celebrity guests!
